Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

This text is a draft and does not constitute legal advice. Legal review is recommended before publication. Provider details are being finalised and will be updated before launch.

1. Service and scope

AdHero ("the Service") is a software service that analyses a website or brand information you provide and generates ad creatives, social content and email drafts.

The Service is intended for commercial or professional use only. By creating an account you declare that you use the Service in the course of your trade or profession, not as a consumer.

2. Account and free trial

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

New accounts receive a limited trial quota without requiring a card. Trial quota is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Abuse (including repeated trial quota via multiple accounts) may lead to access restrictions.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly recurring subscriptions. Payments are collected in Turkish Lira via iyzico; card data stays on iyzico's secure infrastructure and the provider never sees or stores it.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. A cancellation request takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

To change plans, cancel the current subscription and subscribe to the new plan once the period ends.

4. Credits and quota

Plans include a monthly creative quota. Unused quota expires at the end of the period and does not roll over.

Additional credit packs can be purchased when quota runs out. Extra credits are valid for 90 days.

One production (image, social post or email draft) counts as one creative.

5. Refunds

Within 7 days of a subscription or credit purchase, you may request a refund if none of the purchased credits have been used. A 5% processing fee applies to refunds.

Refunds are not available for used credits.

The Service targets commercial use; consumer withdrawal rights under Turkish consumer law do not apply to this agreement. The 7-day policy above is offered for transparency and is independent of that.

6. Intellectual property

For content produced with the Service, you hold the right to use it for any purpose, including commercial, during and after your subscription.

Brand information, images and text you upload are processed solely to produce content for you. User data is never used for model training and is never sold to third parties.

7. AI output and compliance

Generated content is produced by AI-assisted template composition. Copyright status of outputs is not guaranteed; you are responsible for any claims arising from your use.

Compliance with Meta, Google and other platforms' synthetic-content labelling and advertising policies is your responsibility.

Producing obscene, misleading, hateful or infringing content is prohibited. Accounts may be closed upon detection.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed; liability for production errors, delays or outages is limited as follows.

  • The provider's total liability is limited to refunding amounts actually collected from you in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. Except for refunding payments received, the provider cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or obligation.
  • Because the lawfulness, accuracy and non-infringement of AI output depend on your use, the provider is not liable for claims arising from these matters.
  • The provider cannot be held liable for failures caused by payment institutions, infrastructure providers or other third-party services.
  • No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
  • In force majeure events (fire, natural disaster, epidemic, official decisions, infrastructure failures) the provider has no liability.

This clause does not affect non-waivable statutory rights arising from consumer protection, data protection or other mandatory provisions of law.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated with notice to users on material changes. The current version is always published on this page.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
