When you use the Service, brand information (website content, logo, product images, texts you produce) is processed for production purposes.

Data is processed only to: provide the Service, manage payments, run account and security operations, and comply with legal obligations.

User data is never used for model training and is never sold to third parties.

Data is shared only with parties required for the Service to operate: hosting and infrastructure providers, the AI text provider (production requests only) and payment institution iyzico (payment transactions only).

Sharing with authorities may occur where legally required.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing, under applicable data protection law. Contact us through the support channel.

To delete your account, contact support; your data outside statutory retention periods will be removed.

Cookies required for the Service to function are used. Statistical and marketing analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) run only in production with consent; they are disabled in development and test environments.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment records may be kept longer where legally required. Logs are kept limited and processed for security.
