Refund Policy

Within 7 days of a subscription or credit pack purchase, you may request a refund if none of the purchased credits have been used.

A 5% processing fee applies; the refund is issued to the card used for payment.

Refunds are not available for credits that have been used, in part or in full.

The trial quota is free and outside the refund scope.

The Service targets commercial use. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to this Service; the 7-day policy is offered for transparency.

Send your refund request through the support channel. Once verified, the refund is reflected within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
